This spacious Rolls Royce was built by top coachbuilders Barker & Co with a splendid long wheelbase Pulman limousine body, finished in Masons Black over Ivory with a new Bedford Cord cloth interior and re polished burr walnut trim. It was built to be star of the stand at the 1934 Scottish motor show.
The Hon Sir Raymer Goddard, later to become Lord Goddard purchased the car to travel from his country estate to his London home in Kensington. In recent times it has been in the ownership of transport enthusiast Sir William MacAlpine as part of his famous collection of Rolls Royces.
Throughout its life this car has been maintained regardless of cost as you would expect from its previous ownership.
Can comfortably seat 3 adult passengers although with the use of the occasional seats can seat 3 children and 3 adults. This car is ideally paired with the Rolls Royce 25/30 or Princess Limousines. |
